CS Priyanka Chugh is a Commerce Graduate, LLB and Qualified Company Secretary with more than 10 years of experience in corporate laws including FDI, Setting-up of companies and LLPs including foreign subsidiaries, NBFC related compliances, Issuance of due diligence reports for Banks and Financial Institutions, Overall compliance monitoring etc. She has extensively worked for clients to obtain various Govt approvals related to RBI, NCLT, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Trademark Registry etc.
